It's a puzzle. We have to try to guess the letters that will appear and solve it as soon as possible.

There don't seem to be any hints... It might be up to luck until we get at least one match. Should we start with the letters that are the most common? Well, it's definitely best to start with vowels, regardless.

Yes, the only thing I could think of was common letters...like vowels and consonants that are most used. So...S, A, E...? Like that.

'E' is the most common, and by a good amount. Nothing is guaranteed, of course, but that would be my first choice.

There are a lot of five-letter words, too...It would be easier if we had a hint. Would it be better to guess a word, and hope we get some of the letters?

I'm not sure if it would help our odds any, but that's not a bad angle to try. There's no hint exactly, but I wouldn't be surprised if the words were simple and generally obvious things that we encounter often here. They might even be relevant to our own team.

Or it could be an action word. Stand, wakes, strong, meals...there really are a lot. Well, thinking about it too hard if there's no clue won't get us anywhere. Do you have a guess?

It's a complete guess, but taking the simple approach along with trying to choose a word with a decent array of common letters... I'd say "games". I don't really feel that whatever word it is would be plural... But that's just my thoughts.

Then we can pick that word.
