Mhm...We're supposedly allies with Shell as well but I doubt we're their highest priority. That boy has a brother on Iris after all and he was...put off by Merlot's response to them.

The girl from Celeste seems friendly enough to us, and I know little about Copper Rose. Are either of those teams likely to choose another team before us?

It's a possibility. Shell is pretty friendly with the rest of the teams.

Absinthe is close to people on Celeste and Copper Rose, so it may end up alright.

Keeping our word ... that's a useful weapon in our arsenal. If we protect Iris now it will show we're serious about only striking when struck.

... or it'll make us seem like easier prey. I don't know which is the case. It's just a thought.

So we have at least three teams that are likely to protect us. It sounds as though the odds are in our favor.

None of the teams considered the fact that I'd just arrived important to their decisions in the forest's game. It wouldn't be wise to count on that.
