A mental exercise of determining who will protect whom, so that we may use our protection to either save someone who will certainly save us, or protect someone whose safety is not ensured... depending on our proclivities, of course.

I almost killed him, then thought those words and healed him instead. I am unsure why I would choose to do this... he was clearly a drug-addled vagrant with no purpose left on this earth.
I promised to inform you of any additional complications, so I must also inform you that the voices I heard were encouraging letting him die, and also that my stab wounds closed with a supernatural speed.
I tested it in my room afterwards with a small cut on my hand, and can confirm I have some power to heal myself and others. [Except there weren't any knives in her room...]
I manifested energy around my hand and made it razor sharp. [She holds up her right hand and demonstrates, an orange energy covering it.]
It looks differently than it did in the memory, but I can control its size and shape without issue. [To demonstrate, she has it grow various spiky protrusions, get bigger, get smaller... and then vanish completely.]
I will admit that despite the mental stimulation, it is... disconcerting to not be in control over whether our team lives or dies. The mental exercises to see what our odds are, however, are more than adequate for keeping my mind off of such things.
