There's two outcomes to this game right now, either we win and survive, while another team dies in our place, or we lose and it means our deaths at his hands.
And I refuse to let you push your feelings onto me like that! Regardless of what we decide, no one's blood is on our hands. We won't steal, we won't do anything that involves hurting others. But I won't let you treat our lives like nothing, either. I will protect the people I care about, but that does not mean I will so easily throw away my life just because you say it will help!
Do you know what happened after you were eaten last time? Saffron tried to give themselves up. They offered themselves to the dragon, and he ate them. And then he still made us pick two teams anyways. It didn't save anyone, it only caused more death and suffering. I will not allow you to blindly throw your life away like that!
Do you think it's going to help if we win this stupid competition?! It's not helping a damn thing! All it does is show the stupid dragon that he can still toy with our lives like he wants to! I refuse to play his damn game! I refuse to give my life up on anything other than my own terms! What makes it so goddamn much better to throw everything to the chance that we might have prepared some stupid drink properly?!
It's not just your life, you idiot! You're the one who was being horrible to me about not wanting to work as a team, but you're deciding on your own without taking anyone else's feelings into consideration!
It's not that I disagree with what you're trying to say. If its between us and another team, I'm not going to let them get hurt. But you're still not taking anyone else's feelings into consideration.
